“Elite have successfully, safely and efficiently conducted a number of timing critical projects for us over the past 5 years and have never let us down.
Housing much of our Secondary School, our Centennial Building is subject to high wear & tear and was showing its age. Our problem was – how to refurbish this important, low rise, multi floor facility without disrupting our teaching and examination programs. Elite provided the solution. Starting in early December and finishing late January, Elite have been refurbishing / refitting the interior of the building one floor at a time through Christmas vacation breaks.
Elite have project managed all components of the works within the framework of their Project Management Plan. Works have included – Demolishing, glazing, plastering, ceiling installation, electrical, painting, mechanical/hydraulic and fire service. Their good team work and attention to detail have been giving us great results. On top of that, we enjoy working with their building crew.”
