Methodist Ladies College – Level 2 Centenary Building, Home Economics floor refurbishment.

Christmas 2008 once again saw the Elite team mobilise for this high profile client to continue refurbishment of the Centenary building.  This project included two Home Economics kitchens, two demonstration kitchens, two classrooms and a staffroom.

“Like previous works in the same building, the project was to be completed in the time critical Christmas vacation period,” said Nat Patane, Elite’s Managing Director. “Meticulous planning and the dedication of our building team ensured that the project reached completion without a hitch.  Our customer was most satisfied with the result.”

The works covered most facets of building disciplines and continued a very successful ‘all of building’ refurbishment program being undertaken by Elite over successive Christmas vacation periods for MLC.

“Elite’s project management together with their skilled, efficient staff once again ensured delivery of a high quality result in a safe manner, and on time,” said Will McKeown, MLC’s Assistant Property Manager.
