NEPEAN COUTRY CLUB – The jewel of the Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne’s leisure playground

Located in a tranquil rural setting in Mornington Peninsula between Port Phillip and the ocean, Nepean Country Club is a time share resort offering great dining, leisure, sport & recreation activities to a high turnover clientele.

Elite building & Maintenance recently completed a refurbishment project of 37 apartments that involved our team all the way from concept development to project completion.  Like most projects Elite Building & Maintenance undertake, it was imperative that the apartments be finished within a tightly stipulated time frame – in this case for the busy Christmas vacation period.

“Nepean Country Club specified that no more than 12 apartments be out of use at any given time and the total construction time duration could be no more than 24 weeks,” said Anthony Briganti, one of Elite’s Directors.

Elite’s project management set up the works to meet the specification.  The refurbishments were undertaken in three x eight week stages, with only 12 apartments in progress at any one time.  Careful planning, sourcing and resourcing ensured that each of the three stages were completed safely and on time, our client’s risks being managed by our Project Management Plan.
